Highlights
I was born and raised in Upstate NY, in the Catskill Mountains. I lived in Greene County until I moved to Kingston in Ulster County after marring my Husband in 1975. We have two wonderful daughters and two grandchildren. One of our daughters lives locally and the other one lives in Vieques, P.R. where she owns a Boutique Hotel Called isla Hermosa Guess House on the island.
In 2016 we moved a short distance away from Kingston to a Townhouse in Port Ewen. What a difference from owning a house to going to a townhouse.
Some of my favorite things to do are gardening, walking, watching butterflies, traveling, and selling houses. Life is good. Real Estate and the grandchildren keep me busy.
Work Experience
As a lifelong resident of upstate NY, I began my career in Real Estate as a mortgage loan officer, originating loans for a wide range of clients. I then moved into the Insurance industry, writing homeowners policies and servicing customer’s needs. In 2003, I was able to bring all my knowledge together doing what I truly love, selling Real Estate. I took a home staging course and learned to put the finishing touches on each home, showcasing each house's full potential, all at no extra cost to my clients. I’ve been in Real Estate for over 20 years. I’ve been a Top Producer in our office on and off about 9 times including 2021. In 2020, I was awarded “Realtor of the Year” by our Board of Realtors voted on by my peers. In the past I have won the prestigious Sterling Society Award 4 times in sales and in 2021 I won the International Diamond Society Award. I know own my own Brokerage under the name of MaryAnn Miller Real Estate, LLC. Finding the right home for everyone and sharing my knowledge and talents with my sellers and buyers is what makes my job so rewarding.

Gardening, both inside and out, is one of my favorite past times. I especially love my Orchids.

Doing Halloween pumpkins with my family and friend, Jansen, has been a tradition that started when my kids got older. Each year the pumpkins get more complex and scarier.

The Grandchild have grown quite a bit and now have a dog named Doc.
Pealing hot roasted chestnuts for Thanksgiving dinner the night before has become a family affair.
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays where I spend it with my family each year.
